Die Ausstellung (18.3.-28.4.) bringt Künstler aus Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Karlsruhe, München, Saarbrücken, Antwerpen, Athen, Tokio, Ulaan Bataar, Moskau, Paris und Prag zusammen. Sie zeigt die visuellen Künste Malerei, Fotografie, Skulptur und Video, Film und Installation.

Ein zusätzlicher Veranstaltungsort für die Foren der Produktion ist das Internet mit der Website www.locked-in.com mit Videokonferenzen, Livestreaming-Foren u.a. Die Site zeigt die Konzeption des Projektes, vernetzt die Arbeiten der Beteiligten und ihre Interessensgebiete, begleitet die Foren und dokumentiert die Veranstaltungen. Die Website ist Archiv, flexible Publikation und Informationsgrundlage zugleich. Das Digital Forum auf der Site www.locked-in.com schafft darüberhinaus ein öffentliches Forum, das bei jeder Veranstaltung über einen Rechner zugänglich ist und allen Interessenten offensteht.
